Prescription Policy

Every pharmacy owns certain rules and regulations that need to be followed in order to make the purchase process easier and experience better than others. In order to make a purchase from our website, every customer needs to submit a valid prescription for the required medication. Read our prescription policy cautiously before you decide to buy medications from our pharmacy.

We would require a handwritten prescription from a genuine doctor. Ensure that the prescription clearly states the customer’s name, date, name of the required medication, and quantity required. It should clearly have the doctor’s signature on it.

We have an option displayed on the website to upload the prescription to reduce the time of uploading and to make the procedure hassle-free. In case you are unable to upload it on the website, you can also email the valid prescription to us.

A time limit of about 5 days after placing an order is permitted to provide a valid prescription. In case the customer fails to submit it, the order will automatically be canceled.

The prescription should be written in English language only.

We do not accept online-generated prescriptions.
